Building-resolving wind downscaling for UAV corridors
I am a second-year Red-Bird MPhil (RBM) student at HKUST Guangzhou (learn more about the RBM program here), supervised by Dr. Henry Zhen Liu. My research focuses on building an offline WRF–OpenFOAM pipeline for building-resolving urban wind downscaling; using the generated physics archive, I explore faster, data-driven surrogates for operational deployment. Looking ahead, I am highly motivated to pursue a PhD to further deepen my research in this domain.
